bajilif Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bajilif ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bajilif platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of bajilif. Access to the platform is conditional upon your acceptance of, and ongoing compliance with, these Terms and any other policies published on this site, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms.

bajilif operates as an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English and all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform is available to eligible players located in Bangladesh, subject to the eligibility criteria described in Section 2 of these Terms.

bajilif reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of bajilif after any change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bajilif, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of bajilif, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through bajilif or imposed externally.

bajilif conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Age verification is a core component of this process. Where a player's age cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending the provision of satisfactory documentary evidence. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age may be withheld pending the outcome of verification.

If it is established at any point that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of gameplay, bajilif will immediately close the account, void all bets placed during the period of underage use, and return deposits minus any bonuses claimed. We strongly encourage parents and guardians across Bangladesh to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games and place wagers on bajilif, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bajilif account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or permanently closed at the Company's discretion, and all associated bonuses and pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform. bajilif will not be liable for any loss, delay, or error arising from inaccurate information supplied by the player. If any of your registration details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by bajilif may result in temporary account suspension, withdrawal delays, or permanent account closure. The Company is not liable for any inconvenience or financial loss arising from a player's failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.

Your bajilif Login credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including activity that occurs as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bajilif support immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bajilif supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate fast, secure, and convenient deposits and withdrawals for all players. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

bajilif does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposits suspected to originate from fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

bajilif offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contributions are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry a validity period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports market event is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on a player account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse: bajilif reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other form of exploitation.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bajilif, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bajilif support.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any form of unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games, payment processing, or any other part of the platform. Bugs must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using bajilif to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your bajilif account through your payment provider.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or IP masking tool to obscure your true location or identity while accessing bajilif.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajilif staff or other players through any communication channel.

bajilif employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account identified as exhibiting suspicious activity will be flagged for manual review. During a review period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. The Company's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final and binding.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bajilif reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their bajilif account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Where an account is closed by bajilif due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — including fraud, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse — the Company reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety.

8. Limitation of Liability

bajilif provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free, and secure access to the platform, it does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, timely, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajilif and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bajilif platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on bajilif, including odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
• Technical failures of third-party payment systems, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank networks, that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your bajilif Login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bajilif's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of bajilif, shall be addressed first through the platform's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. bajilif will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner consistent with these Terms and good industry practice.
